Ten years, thousands of projects, and countless coffee breaks later, we are incredibly proud to celebrate a major milestone—Reinaldy’s 10-year anniversary at Lynn Welding Company.
Over the past decade, Reinaldy has been far more than a team member—he has been a cornerstone of our success. His expertise, dedication, and leadership have shaped not only our processes but also the people around him. Simply put, it’s hard to imagine Lynn Welding without him.
From the very beginning, Reinaldy set himself apart through his commitment to mastering his craft. Becoming a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) is no small feat—it required studying hundreds of pages of welding standards, completing a rigorous 40-hour instructional course, and passing an intense 8-hour exam. This achievement alone speaks volumes about his discipline and drive for excellence.
But Reinaldy didn’t stop there.
He has grown into a technical welding expert, playing a critical role across multiple departments. Whether it’s supporting production, assisting sales, or collaborating with engineering, Reinaldy ensures that welding specifications and customer requirements are not only met—but fully understood and executed with precision.
One of his most impactful contributions is his role in training and mentorship. For every new employee who walks through our doors, Reinaldy is often one of the first people they meet. He helps guide them through specialized fusion training, ensuring that our team maintains the highest level of skill and consistency.
Behind the scenes, Reinaldy is also the backbone of our document control system, keeping it accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards. His attention to detail ensures that our operations run smoothly and compliantly.
On a broader scale, Reinaldy represents Lynn Welding on the global stage. As our Nadcap and AWS D17 meeting representative, he brings visibility to our company in worldwide discussions, helping us stay connected to the latest industry developments.
His responsibilities extend even further:
- Managing fusion welder qualifications, including documentation, testing, and evaluation
- Supporting business growth by helping expand the Navsea program and onboarding new customers
- Conducting critical audits for Pratt & Whitney and Honeywell to maintain our approvals
- Serving as a source auditor for GE, with the authority to approve shipments and streamline receiving processes
- Leading customer and third-party welding audits, while also supporting training across our ICS and ASW divisions
Each of these contributions reflects not only technical expertise but also trust: trust from our customers and our entire organization.
Reinaldy’s impact over the past 10 years has been nothing short of extraordinary. His knowledge, leadership, and unwavering commitment continue to elevate Lynn Welding every single day.
