Lynn Welding offers certified NAVSEA welding services, adhering to the stringent standards and guidelines of the United States Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). Our NAVSEA-compliant welding processes and procedures prioritize integrity, durability, and safety, meeting the rigorous requirements for welding in naval applications.

Lynn Welding has a wide variety of welding procedures qualified by T9074-AS-GIB-010/271. A NAVSEA-approved, NDT Level III Examiner performs all procedure qualification testing and inspection of the test weldments. The welder who conducts the PQR (Procedure Qualification Record) is qualified per NAVSEA S9074-AQ-GIB-010/248. Lynn Welding selects only DFARS-compliant material for procedure qualification tests. The mechanical and chemical properties of the materials are verified and cross-checked against AMS (American Material Standards) requirements. By selecting high-quality materials and vigorously following the requirements of the NAVSEA welding standards, we can ensure that the WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) will be approved by our customers.
