Lynn Welding has a full time staff of machinists with decades of experience in programming and operating CNC equipment as well as operating manual equipment. Our machinists are capable of running highly complex and dimensionally critical parts from most standard and exotic materials.
Lynn Welding's Wire EDM machines maintain tolerances typically within .0005 inches, can handle up to 30 degrees of taper, and are equipped to use both .004-inch and .010-inch diameter wire. Our capabilities include Wire EDM machining for internal and external splines, gears, square holes, and more. Additionally, many of our welded assemblies undergo finishing machining with our Wire EDM machines to ensure they meet precise tolerances.
Lynn Welding's affiliated company, Intelligent Cutting Solutions (ICS), provides contract waterjet cutting services. ICS utilizes advanced Flow waterjet machines known for industry-leading cutting speeds and accuracy. Their facility houses two 5-Axis Mach 500 Flow waterjet machines and two Mach 300 Flow waterjet machines.
For over three decades, Lynn Welding has specialized in designing and fabricating welding fixtures. As our reputation for quality fixtures grew, customers began relying on us to meet their specific needs. Today, Lynn Welding constructs fixtures for a wide range of applications including workholding, inspection, and testing purposes.
