Spot welding is the most prevalent form of resistance welding, where electrodes remain nearly stationary during the welding process. Lynn Welding holds NADCAP accreditation for our spot welding procedures.

Lynn Welding's micro-resistance welding department features more than 12 Capacitive Discharge resistance welding machines. The department keeps a variety of welding heads and handheld units in stock, enabling the performance of various weld types on demand. Specifically, micro-resistance seam welding heads are utilized for hermetic sealing of thin foils, while micro-resistance welding press heads are employed for joining terminal connections in delicate electrical components.
